4.5kg Viking Pilsner

800g Wheat flakes

500g Oat flakes

300g Dextrin malt

Hops:

50g Lemondrop hops - whirlpool 99°C - 1 min

50g Galaxy hops - whirlpool 85°C - 20min

100g Simcoe hops - cold hops - 2 days

50g Galaxy hops - cold hops - 2 days

50g Lemondrop hops - cold hops - 2 days

Yeast:

Lallemand New England
