BRU-1 is a very intensely fruity hop with a predominantly pineapple and stone fruit secondary notes. There is also some citrus and grassy character. Of particular note is that it improves the stability of the haziness of the beer, which will be a good addition to our arsenal in the hazy beer era.

4.5kg Viking Pale Ale malt
Hops (+ boiling time):
10 min - 20g BRU-1 hops
25 min Hopstand - 70g BRU-1 hops
Dryhops - 110g BRU-1 hops
Yeast:
1pc Brewline English Ale (S-04)
