Gose 21L

Historically, the beer originates from the town of Goslar on the river Gose. It is a very refreshing beer thanks to its bright citrus, fruity and sour character, which is further enhanced by its high carbonation.

It is a very old type of beer, with records dating back to the early thousands of years. However, it was not really known outside the town of Goslar until the 1700s. The interesting thing about this beer is that the sodium content of the water in Goslar is very high. This salt content makes the beer light, round and very smooth. A Gose is a must for every brewer in his life.

The beer is very complex, fruity, salty, citrusy and sour all at the same time. This flavour palette is rounded off by the graininess of the Pilsner malt and the sweet, bread-like taste of the wheat malt.
