Who doesn't know Czech pilsner beers? Pilsner Urquell, Kozel, Budweiser Budvar, to name just the best known ones. The speciality of Czech beers is the low mineral content of the water. This can be achieved at home by mashing with tap water and tapping with RO or distilled water. The overall mineral composition of our beer will be similar to that of Czech beers.

Malt:
3,7kg Viking Pilsner malt
200g Melanoidin malt
Hops (+ boiling time):
10g Saaz - 40 minutes
40g Saaz - 20 minutes
50 g Saaz - 10 minutes
Yeast:
2 pc Gozdawa Czech Pils yeast
