This beer has everything you need for a truly dry Japanese beer. It's easy to slip and very dry, with a beautiful and persistent foam on top. Slightly spicy but not intrusive.

3,4 kg Viking Pilsner malt
1 kg Rice Flakes
Hops (+ boiling time):
10g Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops - 60min
20g Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops - 15min
30g Sorachi Ace hops - 5min
Yeast (+ adjuvant):
2 pcs Brewline W34/70 yeast
