Details

One of the oldest types of beer. In its current form it has been around since the 15th century, although an earlier form was consumed in ancient Armenia. By the 18th century the drink was regularly consumed in England, often instead of wine, as it has a similar alcohol content.

Beware, the recipe packet we have given you contains 10.8% alcohol!

250g Viking Caramel 50 malt

250g Viking Biscuit malt

250g Viking Red Active malt

2pcs Lallemand Nottingham yeast
