The Vikings were great world travellers. For centuries they terrorised Europe and reached North America. Several sources confirm that they were the true explorers of the Americas. This beer is all about that. Viking malt and American hops.

Malt:

4 kg Viking Pale Ale malt

500 g Caramel 30 malt

Hops(+Boiling time):

10g Magnum - 60 perc

50g Centennial hops - 5 perc

50g Chinook hops - 0 perc (add when the boiling is finished and then start cooling)

Yeast:

Brewline U.S. West Coast Ale yeast (US-05)
