A brewing thermometer with a long stem that can be clipped to the edge of the vessel. With the buckle on the side, it can be solved so that we don't have to hang the thermometer in the pot all the time, instead it can be fixed on the pot. We see both Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees at the same time, so the Fahrenheit degrees given in American recipes do not need to be converted. The long stem allows the end of the thermometer to reach the juice from the edge, even when cooking smaller amounts.
