With the Kegland Duotight Blowtie 2 Spunding valve you can ferment in a keg or Fermzilla while controlling the pressure.
The built-in pressure gauge operates on a scale of 0-4 bar/0-60 psi, and the pressure can be increased by turning the yellow handle in the middle to the right and decreased to the left.
When the pressure in the tank reaches the set level, the spunding valve simply releases the pressure above it, ensuring a constant value.
A huge advantage of pressure fermentation is that the yeast produces much less ester. This means that you can ferment lager at room temperature if you do it at a pressure between 10-15 psi.
Also, a pressure fermented beer will maintain a given carbonation level, so there will be much less time and carbon dioxide to carbonate the beer in the keg.
