NaCl salts increase the sodium and chloride levels in beer and also lower the pH to a minimum.
Sodium is a powerful flavour enhancer, helping to bring out the character of our beer, making it more drinkable and rounding out the sip.
The chloride level adds maltiness, body and makes our beer silkier.
