Calcium plays an important role in the breakdown of starch. It's important to have the right calcium levels so that our yeast stays healthier and can work more vigorously.
Chloride affects the mouthfeel of the beer, making it rounder and silkier.
Dosage:
Ca: 25-200 ppm
Cl: 20-350 ppm
