Gelatine is a thickening agent of animal origin.
It can be used to reduce the haziness of beer, and in most cases, if used correctly, it will make your beer completely clear and transparent.
Dosage: 5g/20-25L beer
Usage: Add gelatine to 150-200ml of clean water. Heat to around 70-75C and stir until the crystals are completely dissolved. Once dissolved, add the resulting suspension to beer under cold crash at -1C to +5C. If added to beer at room temperature the effect will not be significant!
