Non fermentable milk sugar. Ideal for sweetening all styles of beers and wines. Sweetening power compared to sucrose is 0,16 (granulated sugar = 1).
Beer types: milk stout, milkshake beers, pastry ales
Usage: In the last 5 minutes of boiling, add to the beer or the finished beer, dissolved in boiling water.
Dosage: to taste and beer type, but 250g/20 litres is a good starting point
