The German baker making liquid bread. The tantalising scent of his product can be smelled from miles away. Herr Weizen is the precise German guy who doesn’t mind rolling his sleeves up and uses flour like a painter uses colours.

Classic wheat beer yeast. The most popular German wheat yeast for real Hefeweizen beers. Pleasantly strong in esters, with an aroma of bananas and cloves. The ester profile can be changed by altering the temperature.
