Hops

The most important flavouring in beer. It is a strong preservative, which is one of the reasons for the shelf life of beer. Its most important characteristic is the aroma profile and the hop acids. They can be divided into three broad categories according to their use: aroma, bittering and dual-purpose hops.

The hops available from us are sold in 100g, 50g and 30g packs to tailor them to your needs.

Notes:
The aromas and oils in hops are volatile, so after opening, store them in an airtight container, frozen and use them as soon as possible.
