I don't think we need to introduce Chinook hops to anyone. It's used almost all over the world, it's one of the most widely grown varieties. It's found in almost every kind of beer, whether it's an IPA, an APA or even a porter. Its citrus and resinous notes complement most beers well. It's not overbearingly citrusy, but rather dominated by a resinous line. Unfortunately it's rarely used on its own but it's an excellent hop.
