Wheat “Bock” beer that unites the qualities of both wheat and bock beers, with 50% of malted wheat. Dark amber colour with only a hint of hops.
Secondary fermentation: sugar.
Leave to mature for at least 14 days. Long maturation (2 to 3 months) will result in the beer beginning to lose its “wheat” character and gain a stronger “bock” character.
From the recipe package you can make approx. 23 liters of beer.
