Clear golden beer with well developed hops flavours, typical of German and central European Pils. Our low fermentation beers come with unique low fermentation yeast dedicated to the home brewer.
Fermentation: after 1 to 2 days, move to a cooler room (14°C to 18°C).
Secondary fermentation: glucose.
Leave to mature for at least 5 weeks.
From the recipe package you can make approx. 23 liters of beer.
