Gozdawa Artisan Distillers Yeast is a specially formulated yeast strain in order to produce a beautiful barrel-aged style bourbon. This particular yeast strain follows on from the recipe of the ancient tribes of North America.To promote the productivity of the yeast, we recommend adding Glucoamylase. Before use, hydrate the yeast in 27c water for 30 minutes.
