If you're tired of the subtly hopped but off-puttingly sweet, full-bodied, horny NEIPAs available today, you've come to the right place Cold IPA is for those who want to go back to the roots of IPAs. Bitter, dry, crisp, easy to drink, yet succulently hopped and literally drinkable. Its bitterness makes it drinkable, like a good Czech pilsner.
Warning, the IBU level of this beer is around 60+. This combined with the dry, thin body will result in a distinctly bitter beer over and above the residual sweetness of the rice flakes. This is not for the faint hearted, we can only heartily recommend it to true IPA fans. Anyone who prefers sweet, awesome beers would do well to stay away from this recipe.
